  1. Product Roadmap

Phase 1: MVP Launch (Staking, PoG, Treasury)

Axynom’s development strategy is phased, with each phase delivering complete, functional systems before expanding further. Phase 1 focuses on launching a fully operational Minimum Viable Protocol, immediately followed by the Token Generation Event (TGE) to fund the ecosystem’s long-term growth.

The TGE is the acceleration point, after the core contributor systems are already live and proven.

Core Components of Phase 1

1. AxynomToken (AXY)

  • Deployed as an upgradeable, capped-supply ERC20

  • 2.5% transfer tax system active from genesis

  • Ownership of liquidity, treasury, and reward funding built into token mechanics

AXY is a functional asset at launch, governing contributor rewards, staking, and treasury economics from day one.

2. Staking Contract

  • Fixed APY staking across 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year lock periods

  • Early exit penalties routed to the Treasury

  • Reward boosts for continued staking after maturity

  • Transparent on-chain reward calculation and tracking

Staking begins immediately post-launch, providing stable incentives for early users.

3. Proof-of-Growth (PoG) System

  • Contribution submission, review, approval, and GP assignment mechanisms live

  • On-chain recording of contributor activity and GP points

  • Admin-driven approvals at first, transitioning to community voting during Phase 1 scaling

The PoG system is operational before any major funding event, proving the contribution model works.

4. Rewards Pool Infrastructure

  • Established and funded through initial allocations and transfer tax inflows

  • Supports both PoG contributor redemptions and staking rewards

  • Sustainability protected through refill mechanisms and staking caps

Reward distribution ties directly to verifiable ecosystem growth.

5. Treasury System

  • Treasury Pool funded at launch

  • Structured for operational costs, audits, contributor grants, and protocol investments

  • Treasury sustainability model active immediately, backed by transfer tax flows

The Treasury is ready to operate before TGE proceeds arrive.

Token Generation Event (TGE)

After MVP deployment, Axynom will execute a public Token Generation Event to:

  • Raise funds for contributor onboarding, marketing, audits, and CaaS expansion

  • Provide liquidity for trading pairs (AXY/ETH)

  • Strengthen the Treasury for long-term sustainability and operational independence

The TGE is governed by fixed supply rules, no private rounds, no hidden allocations, and public transparency of token usage plans.

TGE proceeds are not speculative. They are deployed into clear, pre-established systems designed to scale Axynom’s real-world utility.

Strategic Focus of Phase 1

  • Fully functional MVP before fundraising

  • Fundraising supports expansion, not experimentation

  • Immediate contributor and staking engagement to bootstrap growth

  • Transparent allocation of TGE proceeds into core pools and initiatives

Phase 1 proves that Axynom can operate, attract contributors, and reward real work, before scaling through external capital.
